ECHOIL EM 64 - Alkaline Degreasing

These are chemicals used for surface cleaning of dirty and greasy parts. With the help of the surfactants and alkaline chemicals in their content, they remove dirt and grease from the metal surface. They are used as degreasing agents before processes like phosphating, coating, and enameling. They are suitable for materials that will enter iron phosphate, zinc phosphate, manganese phosphate, aluminum chromate, and galvanizing baths. They can be used in immersion, spraying, and ultrasonic applications. Generally, they are in powder form and have a long shelf life.
