What is phosphate coating and what purpose to use?
Phosphoric acid solution reacts with metal surface. As a result of reaction, phosphoric acid crystals be formed and cover the surface. This application provides a corrosion protection and prepared surface for powder painting. In this manner, strong and long-lasting meterials can be obtained by phosphate application.

Which pre-cleaning method is suitable for my metal pieces/tools?
Iron phosphating is mostly used system for powder painting. Zinc phosphate can be recommended for more complex processes. Heavy metals are used in zinc phosphating and also mud can be found in acid baths. If iron phosphate does not answers your needs, zinc phosphate can be alternative.
