  Zinc phosphating process is prefered for the separate parts which are used in automotive industry to obtain stable surface against environmental impacts. Tri cation zinc phosphate provides excellent quality of coating. Pieces have to be treated in degreasing, cleaning and activating baths before phosphating. Passivation and drying sections are followed after phosphate coating application. Trication process can be applied by immersion or spray.

  Manganese phosphate also can be used for its ability to hold protective lubricants.

  For white goods industry, generally products are stabile indoor that's why there is no corrosion problem. Iron phosphate coating is suitable for white goods. In this process, degreasing and phosphating can be done in one chemical solution and this means low costings.

  Aluminium and aluminium alloys are used in a lot of different sectors but especially construction and furnishing industries. Chromate coating is needed after degreasing with alkaline or acidic pickling chemicals. Well known method yellow chromate coating residues light  golden to tan color. Green chromate can be prefered for its harmless specifications to environment. Transparent chromate is especially used in coating of aluminium rims.

  Different products such as paint stripper, rust remover, corrosion preventor, activation, inhibitors are related to metal pre-treatment applications. Type of paint stripper chemical varies according to consumer requirements. Rust remover is considered as pre-application for subsequent treatments. Activation chemical is applied before zinc phosphate treatment, providing fine phosphate crystals on the surface. Another special chemical; inhibitor is used in acid baths.

  Vibratory compounds are used in vibratory systems to ensure deburring and polishing effect. Also, in grinding machines, grinding fluid are used.
